A question came up regarding the hash type ( for example, such as SIGHASH_ALL). Where exactly is it placed? At times when reading this chapter, it seemed to be included in the transaction signature, but elsewhere in the reading it seemed to be outside of the signature. Our conclusion - it’s in both locations. It’s both outside and inside the signature.
