A question came up regarding the hash type ( for example, SIGHASH_ALL). Where exactly is it placed? At times when reading this chapter, it seemed to be included in the text signed when creating the transaction signature, but elsewhere in the reading it seemed to be outside of the signed text. Our conclusion - it’s in both locations. It’s both outside and inside the signed text.
